1. Check Your Account Information

2. Profile & Abstract Submission (~August))

  Please sign in to your account, then click the button slightly above.

  All information should be submitted in English.

  The session for your presentation will be assigned based on the detailed topic and content provided.

3. Notification of Abstract Acceptance (August~September)

4. Final Matarials Submission (End of September ~ Begining of October)

Presentation materials should be written in English.

Presentation files can be uploaded and re-uploaded via the "Presentation Submission" tab in My Account until the submission deadline

Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline.
