연사 신청

1. 연사 신청

- 신청을 원하시는 경우 회원가입이 필요합니다.
 *For International Speakers : Please check the account information sent to your email by our staff.

2. Profile & Abstract 제출 (~8월))

- 로그인 후 해당 페이지의 '연사 신청'버튼을 클릭 후 세부 주제 및 내용을 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
  Please sign in to your account, then click the button slightly above, as shown in the image below.

  * 정보는 반드시 영어로 입력해 주세요.
     All information should be submitted in English.

  * 세션은 세부 주제 및 내용을 기반으로 구분됩니다.
     The session for your presentation will be assigned based on the detailed topic and content provided.

3. Notification of Abstract Acceptance (8~9월)

- 발표를 위한 프레젠테이션(ppt) 양식 제공 등 세부 내용은 연사 확정 후 공지드립니다.

4. Final Matarials Submission (9월 말~ 10월 초)

- 프레젠테이션 내용은 반드시 영어로 작성해주세요.
  Presentation materials should be written in English.

- 프레젠테이션 파일 등록은 마이페이지> 프레젠테이션 등록 탭에서 가능하며 마감 기한까지는 파일 재등록이 가능합니다.
Presentation files can be uploaded and re-uploaded via the "Presentation Submission" tab in My Page until the submission deadline

  To view My Page in English, we recommend using the English translation feature available in Google Chrome. 
   *‘Presentation Submission’ may be translated differently depending on the translation tool.

- 마감일 이후에는 제출이 불가합니다.
  Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline.
